Last night for dinner I made 2 Mac & Cheese Grilled Cheeses. I floured, egged and breaded the mac & cheese into a patty and fried it in canola oil. Then put a piece of colby jack on either side and in between 2 slices of bread. Im catching up from the last couple of days on Oppo Posts because This put me in a 18 hour food Coma. Sooooo Worth it. 10/10 would do again.
